REGISTRATION By signing up for an Outnumber account, you can make purchases through our online store. At your convenience, you may change your password or profile information, track your shipment, and check your order history. To sign up, go to the “LOG IN” page and click on the “REGISTER” link for new customers. From there you can enter your information to create an account profile. Customers may also make purchases without registering with Outnumber. If you subscribe to Outnumber emails, you will be the first to know about our new arrivals, be eligible for special discounts and promotions, and receive Outnumber’s trend updates spotted from the streets to the runways. Enter your address on the “Email Subscription” bar from the home page, or simply check the “Email Subscription” box when registering.
ORDERING ONLINE Browse through our products by using the navigation on the left side of the window. We allow you to shop by brand, category, or look. Once you decide to purchase an item, first select your correct size, colorway, and click “add to cart.” Be sure to confirm the quantity you wish to purchase. From the shopping cart page you may remove items, change quantities, continue shopping, or proceed to checkout. If you have not already logged in, existing customers may sign in to their account, or non-registered users can simply proceed to checkout without creating an Outnumber account. Within an hour from your purchase, we will send you an email confirming that your order was received in our system . Please be sure that your email address is correct upon checkout. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. Once your transaction is complete upon checkout, your credit card will be charged immediately. In most cases, the availability of goods on our website is current with our stock. However, if the item you ordered is no longer available, we will notify you via email and make proper changes on your order. You may modify your order by 10 am PST the next business day after your order was placed. Please call us at 1.800.outnumber or email us at customerservice@outnumberstore.com. Be sure to mention your order number, the item you wish to change, your name, and contact phone and email. We cannot make any cancellations to orders. Once the warehouse processes your order after 10am, we cannot make any further changes to your shipment. Billing and shipping information is obtained to efficiently process and ship your order. We make every effort to protect the security of your personal information including name, email, billing/shipping address, credit card number, and expiration date. All collected data is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology, and stored in Outnumber’s private files on a secure web server and internal system. Please note that credit card numbers are NOT saved in our system after an order has been processed and shipped. Outnumber will not disclose a customer’s information to an outside party, unless the user has violated the terms and conditions of Outnumber and therefore be reported for legal purposes.
Customers who have subscribed to Outnumber emails may receive updates on special promotions and new products. If you choose to be removed from our mailing list, sign in to your “Account” page, and remove the check from the “Email Subscription” box. SHIPPING & TRACKING After your checkout is complete, we email you a letter confirming that your order was received. We make every effort to process and ship your order within 24 hours. Once your item has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order number and USPS tracking information. You may also check the status of your order from your “Account” page. We will contact you if additional identification is needed to verify the credit card transaction upon shipping. Outnumber offers shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. Expedited orders placed by 1pm will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day.
Please note that orders $500 and over will require a signature upon delivery. If you would like to inquire about Saturday delivery at extra cost, please contact customer service at 1.866.607.1357. Outnumber offers international shipping through USPS International Priority Mail. Rates are determined by your order total weight and dimension, packages weighing 1-2 lb.(1 tee shirt or 1 jacket or 2 apparel pieces) will choose $35.00, packages weighing 4-7 lbs. (sneaker or combination of products) will choose $65.00 ,and packages weighing 8-12 lbs. ( 2 pairs of sneaker) will choose $65.00 for shipping. As you proceed to checkout, your shipping costs will be calculated. Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days after your order leaves our warehouse.
Note: All International Customers - When you are adding your billing and shipping information, please select "Other(Non U.S)" in State/Province section. Your shipment will be subject to import duties and taxes which is determined by your local customs office. RETURNS & EXCHANGES We allow returns and exchanges on clothing merchandise that are in original condition after 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, without defect, and with all original tags attached. If you notice a defect in your merchandise, you have 3 days to notify Outnumber for a return. Refunds are not available for sale merchandise, only store credit or an exchange. Please note that shipping & handling is non refundable for returns. We allow returns on unworn shoes within 14 days of receipt, and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Please note that Outnumber will NOT accept shoes that have been scuffed or defected from the original condition. We suggest that you try shoes on carpet only and inspect them carefully before attempting to return. Shoes must be sent back in the original box, and without damage to the footwear packaging. Your invoice includes a return label. When packing your merchandise, be sure to include the invoice with an indication of “return” or “exchange,” and affix the return label on the front of your package. Outnumber is not responsible for return shipping charges, but will ship exchanges for free. For exchanges, please indicate your desired style, size, and color. Once your item has been received by the warehouse and approved for a return, we will refund the original form of payment within five business days. We will email you a confirmation of this transaction. Your bank may require additional time for the credit to post to your account.
